⏱️ Timings

• Registration: 7:00 AM – 8:00 AM

• Practice Session: 8:15 AM – 9:30 AM

• Qualifying Laps: 9:45 AM – 11:00 AM

• Main Race: 11:30 AM – 1:00 PM

📋 Rules

• All participants must complete registration before the cutoff time.

• Only registered vehicles will be allowed on the track.

• Overtaking is permitted only in designated zones.

• Any form of reckless driving will lead to immediate disqualification.

• Track marshals’ decisions are final and binding.

🧑‍✈️ Eligibility

• Minimum age: 18 years.

• Valid driving license required (original + photocopy).

• Participants must attend the mandatory safety briefing.

• Vehicles must pass pre-race technical inspection.

🦺 Safety Instructions

• Helmet is mandatory for all drivers.

• Seat belts or harnesses must be worn at all times.

• Follow flag signals strictly during the race.

• Emergency vehicles and medical staff will be present on-site.

• Any safety violation may result in event removal without refund.
