52 Racing Team was founded in 2018 by a group of friends united by a deep passion for motorcycle racing. The project is built on years of experience gained in the Italian national championships across several classes and disciplines of motorcycle sport. Technical expertise, team spirit and dedication to competition are the foundations of the team. Today, 52 Racing continues to grow with the goal of developing young talents and building a solid and ambitious presence in the Italian motorsport scene.
The mission of 52 Racing Team is to promote the discipline of motorcycle racing and share the values of passion, commitment and respect that define this sport. The team works closely with young riders, supporting them in their sporting development and guiding them in the key decisions that shape their racing careers. Through training, track activities and race participation, 52 Racing provides a professional environment where riders can improve their skills and grow both on and off the track.

At the same time, the team aims to build strong partnerships with companies that believe in the values of sport and youth development. By offering visibility and collaboration opportunities, 52 Racing allows partners to actively support the growth of young riders while contributing to the development of the team and the sport itself.
Operational Model
The 52 Racing Moto Club is affiliated with the Italian Motorcycling Federation (FMI) and the CSEN Sports Promotion Organization. It represents the institutional and associative foundation of the project, with the aim of promoting motorcycle sport, rider education, and the core values of motorcycling. The Moto Club plays a key role in introducing young riders to the sport, supporting sporting activities, and providing a structured, educational, and regulated environment.
Operational Model
The 52 Racing Team represents the competitive division of the project and is dedicated to racing activities. The team is closely connected to the Aprilia brand and focuses on developing riders through a structured and progressive pathway.
Riders enter the program through the Aprilia RS 457 entry-level class, accessible from the age of 15, and can then progress to higher categories with the Aprilia RS 660 starting from the age of 16, with the opportunity to compete in the Aprilia RS 660 Trophy or in the CIV Sportbike class of the Italian National Championship.
The Racing Team represents the competitive core of the 52 Racing project, with a strong focus on performance, rider development, and long-term talent growth.
The direct collaboration with Revo Racing Project Team also gives our riders the opportunity to aim for a future place in the official Aprilia team in the Sportbike World Championship
Giacomo Luminari is President of Moto Club 52 Racing and Team Principal of the 52 Racing Team. He competed from 2010 to 2022 in several National Championships, gaining direct and hands-on experience in the world of motorcycle racing. Throughout his career he raced in the National Trophy 600, Moto2, and various national trophies, building a strong technical and competitive background. After concluding his racing career, he transferred his trackside experience into the pit box, supporting riders in the CIV Junior and other national championships, further developing a comprehensive technical, managerial, and organizational understanding of team operations. In 2018 he founded Moto Club 52 Racing with a clear vision: to create a dynamic and professional structure capable of developing riders and offering sponsors a solid, credible, and performance-oriented project built on real racing expertise.
Camillo Bonomi is the Vice President of Moto Club 52 Racing and a key figure in the development and growth of the project. A passionate motorsport enthusiast, he lives the racing world with authenticity, dedication, and deep respect for sporting values.
A respected presence in the Italian paddock, Camillo represents a solid reference point for the team, ensuring continuity, credibility, and institutional support. His strength lies in his ability to build genuine human connections with riders: he listens, understands, and creates an atmosphere of trust that allows them to feel fully supported.
This approach fosters a professional yet family-oriented environment where every rider can express their full potential on track. Camillo plays a decisive role in strengthening the identity and long-term vision of 52 Racing, consolidating the project as a structured, ambitious organization focused on the performance and development of young riders.
Andrea Neri is a Board Member of Moto Club 52 Racing and the Head Technician of the 52 Racing Team. Raised in the world of motorcycles from a very young age, he developed deep technical knowledge and a strong sensitivity for the preparation of racing motorcycles.
During his career he has won several titles in the Italian Hill Climb Speed Championships, building extensive experience in competitive racing.
Within the team he plays a fundamental role: thanks to his technical expertise, his ability to analyze every detail of the motorcycle, his track experience, and his capability to interpret telemetry and data acquisition systems, he is able to put his riders in the best possible conditions to express their maximum potential.
Leonardo Angiolini is a Board Member of Moto Club 52 Racing Team ASD and a Technician within the 52 Racing Team. His passion for motorcycles and racing was born in his family’s workshop, an environment where he developed technical skills and a deep understanding of the racing world from a very young age, both on road and on track.
A national-level rider, Leonardo stands out for his calm, thoughtful, and supportive character — qualities that are extremely valuable in the competitive racing environment, where the ability to remain focused and composed can make a real difference when working alongside riders and managing the team garage.
Massimiliano Cappelli is a Board Member of Moto Club 52 Racing Team ASD and a passionate motorcycle enthusiast. Deeply connected to the world of two wheels, he cultivates his passion through enduro riding and adventure motorcycle tours, experiencing motorcycling as a form of freedom, friendship, and shared experiences.
Within the Moto Club he contributes to supporting the club’s activities and promoting motorcycle culture, actively participating in the association’s life and in events dedicated to members.
