Andrea Rossi shows progress during the MX2 World Championship round in France
The latest round of the MXGP World Championship MX2 class took place on the technical and
demanding track of Lacapelle-Marival in France, where Italian rider Andrea Rossi #420
continued his development path while facing one of the toughest circuits of the season.
Despite a difficult start to the weekend, Andrea improved session after session, finishing the
Qualifying Race in 18th position after a solid and competitive performance.
Race 1 was affected by a difficult start that prevented the Italian rider from fully showing his
potential, eventually crossing the line in 22nd position.
Race 2 was much more positive, with Andrea making an excellent start and immediately
joining the battle for the top 15 positions. While fighting for 14th place with only a few laps
remaining, a crash compromised the final result. Despite the incident, Rossi managed to
restart and finish in 18th position, still securing two important world championship points.
The weekend may not have ended with the results the team was aiming for, but it brought
greater confidence and showed a reduced gap to the front runners, confirming the steady
progress of the young Italian rider in the MX2 World Championship.
The team is now already focused on the next round scheduled for next weekend in Germany.
The team would like to thank all sponsors and technical partners who support Andrea Rossi
throughout this important sporting journey.
