Tommaso Marcon (Cittadella 1999)
In 2014 he finished 5th in PreMoto3 in the Italian CIV; in 2015 he moved from PreMoto3 to Moto3, finishing 8th in 2016 and 10th in 2017. In 2018 he stepped up to Moto2 in the Spanish Speed Championship with Speed Up (6th in his rookie season, 4th in 2019) and made his Moto2 World Championship debut as a wild card in Valencia, repeating the experience in 2019; in the same two seasons he finished 6th and 4th in the CEV Moto2. In 2020 he competed in MotoE with Tech 3, ending the season 16th with 33 points. In 2021 he raced in Moto2 at the Doha Grand Prix with Forward Racing (MV Agusta F2) as a substitute for the injured Simone Corsi, made additional wild card appearances, and competed in MotoAmerica with an Aprilia RS 660, securing 2 pole positions and 1 victory. In 2022 he competed in the European Moto2 Championship with Kalex–MMR, finishing 13th overall. He is currently engaged as a test rider for Aprilia Racing.
